1. Introduction By subscribing to the One Card Wonder email service ("the Service"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. This service is provided by Ritual Therapies and offers intuitive guidance for personal insight and reflection. 2. Subscription & Payment Subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal/Payhip or other secure checkout provider. Payment must be completed before your reading is delivered. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as noted in the Cancellation section. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. 3. Service Delivery Your first reading will be sent via email within 24 hours of purchase. After that, you’ll receive your monthly reading on or around the 1st of each month. Each email includes one intuitively drawn tarot or oracle card and a brief message. All readings are for spiritual guidance only and should not be taken as legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. Cards (tarot or oracle) are chosen intuitively and may vary month to month. 4. Cancellations & Refunds You can cancel at any time via your subscription account or by emailing Caroline@RitualTherapies.co.uk. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel at least 3 days before the next billing date. Refunds are not available for readings that have already been sent. If for any reason the service cannot be fulfilled, a refund or credit may be offered at Ritual Therapies' discretion. 5. Privacy & Confidentiality All personal details are kept strictly confidential and are never shared or used for other purposes without your explicit permission. The Service complies with all applicable GDPR and UK privacy regulations. 6. Disclaimer & Liability Readings are intended for spiritual and entertainment purposes only. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions following a reading. Ritual Therapies accepts no liability for outcomes resulting from the use of this Service. 7. Changes to These Terms These Terms may be updated at any time. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of any revised Terms. 8.
